What:
This course will help you deliver your required business results by teaching you how to appropriately apply the concepts needed to determine sourcing strategies and to modify those strategies as required by changing business and market conditions. This includes the development of the strategy by (1) analyzing the internal and external environment via Industry Analysis, Supplier Analysis, Business Needs assessment, Competitive Analysis, Benchmarking and Supply/Demand forecasting; (2) distilling the data down to strategy and tactics; (3)executing the strategy; and (4) measuring results and renewing the strategy and tactics.
