Tuition and fees:
Program tuition is $3,500. Limited scholarships may be available - please contact the office for details.
There is also a $50 application fee, due at time of application.
The application consists of three sections:
- LEADERSHIP CINCINNATI APPLICATION ... SECTION I (Pgs. 1 5)
This section is to be completed solely by you, the candidate.
- CONFIDENTIAL RECOMMENDATION FORM ... SECTION II (Pgs. 1 2)
Please complete the applicant identification portion prior to directing to recommender. Keep in mind that this section must be submitted along with Section I to complete application packet. Additional letters of recommendation may be provided, but are not required.
- SCHOLARSHIP ASSISTANCE PLEDGE ... SECTION III (Pg. 1)
A scholarship pledge will be greatly appreciated on behalf of those candidates who would otherwise be unable to participate in such a worthy program. Return the form if we can count on your support.
PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS:
- Email or mail the fully completed application to Christie Rogers (no staples please.) by close of business on May 3, 2010.
- Application fee of $50.00 (nonrefundable) made payable to: CINCINNATI USA REGIONAL CHAMBER. To pay via credit card, call the Customer Service Center at 513.579.3111.
- At the same time that you submit the application, e-mail a digital headshot (color, 300 dpi in jpeg format, business attire to crogers@cincinnatichamber.com.
