About the FacilitatorT.D. Hughes is the former CEO and current Chairman of LaRosa's Inc. Under his leadership, LaRosa’s grew from $30 million in sales in the late 1980’s to close to $140 million today with over 80 locations.

Known for his strong belief in the Strategic Planning process and Quality Improvement, T.D. is an expert in several quality tools including: Language Processing, Method of Priority Marking and, Cause & Effect.
