Roadmap:
Strategies for Business Growth
Facilitated by T.D. Hughes, Chairman of LaRosa's Inc.
Planning offers your company a vision for the future and enables your company to grasp opportunities as they arise. A vision of the future is really what planning is all about. It's too easy to get wrapped up in the present and lose sight of what the future should be like for your company and its employees. If we intend to grow, we must sometimes focus on how we want the future to look.
Roadmap is a strategic process tool specifically designed to facilitate business growth. These four half-day, off-site planning sessions will allow your team to develop a targeted business plan that will provide the direction and focus for your company's long-term business success. The process will harness your knowledge of your customers, your markets and your industry to re-examine and re-focus your energies to produce the highest level of return to your bottom line. You will leave with a fresh, new perspective on where you have been and where you need to be. And with a strategic road map to get you there.
The Roadmap process will help you investigate and answer several key questions regarding your business including:
- How can my team work together more effectively?
- What do we need to do in the next 3 to 5 years to outperform our competition?
- How will we get from where we are today to where we want to be?
This process will help your team create common focus on the most important business activities, understand what issues will determine long-term success and properly align resources around the most critical elements of your business.
