Leadership Cincinnati is an immersive civic learning program. This is an experience-based program designed to help participants understand the assets and challenges of the region, elevate their leadership, and further engage in the community.
Upper-level business and community leaders
- Develop: Continue to enhance and challenge leadership skills. Develop a deeper understanding and appreciation of the assets and challenges of the Cincinnati community
- Connect: Develop long-lasting business and personal relationships
- Engage: Determine a meaningful way to further engage in the Cincinnati region based on learnings from the program
The program focuses on providing content, hands on experiences, and conversations with thought leaders from the Cincinnati community. A two-day camp retreat kicks off the class, allowing participants to come together and begin long-lasting relationships. The most valuable components of the program are often the relationships and connections formed.
Each following session is designed to help participants gain better understanding of key community topics and community interconnections. Topics include Regionalism, Justice, Economic Development, Inclusion, Transportation, Health & Wellness, Arts & Culture, Education and Human Services.
Participation is critical for the success of the program. If more than two sessions or missed, or either of the mandatory sessions, participants will be withdrawn from the program.
