Meet the 2018-2019 Executive Leadership Coaching Team

An important and unique component of the WE Lead program is the focus on both professional and personal leadership development. The WE Lead Mastermind Coaching process allows class participants the opportunity to explore their leadership abilities, expand their self-awareness and focus on their personal development in order to achieve goals and results over the course of the program and beyond. This process is guided by an impressive team of Executive Leadership Coaches who create a safe and confidential space for these important, life-changing conversations to take place.

Lisa is a 25-year business leader in retail, most recently as Vice President of Employee Engagement for the Macy’s enterprise. Lisa is a leadership coach credentialed through Georgetown University Institute for Transformational Leadership and is currently completing a PhD with a research focus on leader impact in complex organizations. Lisa’s personal coaching extends to senior, mid-level and emerging leaders in the areas of  refining leadership influence and impact, supporting focus on targeted opportunities, and uplifting teams seeking to optimize functioning and impact through coaching interventions. She is also a proud WE Lead graduate.

Her career spans leadership, marketing, research, operations, and sales.  As Dean, of the College of Business at Thomas More College, she enjoys teaching MBA and undergraduate students in the areas of Strategy and Innovation; while also serving as a research advisor for doctoral students at Case Western Reserve University. She is also a proud WE Lead graduate.

Carolon is an executive and leadership coach and IRS Coaching Program Manager. She is a co-developer and lead instructors for the agency’s Internal Coach Training Program. She is a member of the Office of Personnel Management Federal Coaching Network and is a certified government wide federal leadership coach and certified coach through the International Coaching Federation. Carolon is currently pursuing her Masters in Organizational Development from Pepepperdine University.

Lauris spent 15 years at Fifth Third Bank, completing her career as the Executive Vice President of Organization Development and Planning. Prior to Fifth Third, Lauris was the Director of Mercantile Stores University at Mercantile Stores (now Dillard’s). She brings a real-world leadership perspective gained from managing multiple retail operations, a corporate university, and leading an Organization Development division for a Fortune 500 financial services company.
