Professional Coaching for Women

To find the answers to these and other career questions, the Chamber now offers WE Succeed. This elite program is an intensive three-month coaching experience that can guide you to the results you want with a solid team to help you get there.

WE Succeed works with participants in a small group setting to develop exceptional leadership skills, solve personal and interpersonal issues and create a culture of integrity and accountability within themselves and their company. Take advantage of this powerful experience of knowledge sharing and development.

In addition to creating unexpected and measurable business results, WE Succeed will produce a high level of participant engagement.

Program Information

WE Succeed runs for 3 months, September-December. After the initial half day session, each group will meet biweekly for five two-hour sessions. Times and locations for those sessions will be set to best accommodate the needs of the groups.

During non meeting weeks, participants will connect with their accountability partner in the group. The program also includes monthly individual phone sessions with a professional coach.

Tuition

The tuition for each WE Succeed participant is $1,800, which includes 6 facilitated group sessions, 3 individual coaching phone sessions, materials, etc. A non-refundable $25 application is required for processing. Pay now
