Leadership Action making a difference
Leadership Action is the Chamber's hands-on leadership development program for experienced leaders passionate about creating real change for the community. Each class selected works closely with a community organization to help move the needle and solve against the region's most critical issues.

Leadership Action is already making a difference. Examples of past projects include:
The launch of BECC (Business-Education Connectivity Councils) within Cincinnati Public Schools (CPS) to complement the My Tomorrow initiative. BECC connects prospective employers with students to make them aware of the cross section of jobs available in the regional economy. Learn more about BECC.
Prosperity for All, a daring plan that received permission from the State of Ohio for a demonstration project in Hamilton County. The goal is to prepare graduates to work in jobs with real career ladders, rather than dead end minimum wage jobs. Learn more about Prosperity for All.
Applications for Leadership Action Class 4 (2017-2018) is Friday, June 2.
