HOME Thanksgiving Showcase
HOME is a showcase of Cincinnati’s great food, drink, music, art and shopping for those coming home for the Thanksgiving weekend. A collaborative effort led by the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber and supported by C-Change Class 11, HOME is designed to highlight Cincinnati’s transformation, vibrancy and momentum.
- Ale! to the Queen City, Nov. 25-26 along Mehring Way, features craft beers from local breweries, live entertainment and signature Cincinnati foods. Built on our region’s rich brewing history, our current craft beer scene is garnering national attention and is more robust than ever.
- During HOME weekend, be sure to pick up your “Passport to Cincinnati” and play! Obtain enough stamps and you could become eligible to win some fantastic prizes! Passport to Cincinnati booklets are available at all participating locations, Nov. 23-27.
- One City One Symphony, the CSO’s community-wide project that brings us together through music, celebrates the theme of HOME this Thanksgiving weekend with a program of all- American music by Bernstein and Copland. Plus, Branford Marsalis, saxophonist and NEA Jazz Master, takes center stage with Escapades by John Williams (from Catch Me If You Can).
- A group of Chamber C-Change alumni and student volunteers have invited more than 80 international students to a special Thanksgiving event on November 26 as a way to help them grow roots in our city and make them feel HOME. The day includes a private Cincinnati Bell Connector street tour of the city, special Thanksgiving meal at the Taft Center and Macy’s Downtown Dazzle on Fountain Square with friends or family to kick off the holiday season.
