Member expands architecture services in Ohio
Cincinnati Chamber member Fishbeck, Thompson, Carr & Huber (FTCH), an engineering, environmental and construction management firm, recently announced the expansion of its architecture services within the state of Ohio. Both Richard Shultz, RA and Kristen Payne will lead the expansion, together they have more than 50 years of experience, and specialize in education, retail and dining architectural services.
FTCH is based in Michigan and expanded to Ohio in 2006 with Cincinnati being the company’s first out of state office.
“This growth allows us to increase our Midwest architectural footprint and provide a broader range of expertise to current and future clients,” said Gregory Tkacz, Vice President of FTCH’s Cincinnati office. “Bringing these services to Ohio enable us to better serve our current clientele while growing our education and consumer design work – industries that are growing at rapid speed within the state.”
Shultz and Payne will increase FTCH’s offerings to include programming and needs assessments, feasibility studies, site analyses, architectural design, master planning, cost and value analyses and sustainable designs.
