On October 11, come have lunch and meet Michael Johnson, the new President and CEO of United Way and Kristen Bailey, President of Sweets & Meats BBQ, as they share stories of resiliency.
Merriam Webster defines resilience as "the ability to recover from or adjust easily to misfortune or change." Many of us are required to demonstrate resiliency in our lives. For some, change or misfortune hits a bit harder and a higher level of reslience is needed. Johnson and Bailey are two individuals who have demontrated high levels of resilency during their lives and will share their experiences with us.
