Bold Fusion: Cincy's YP Summit

Join us for the 15th annual Bold Fusion event, Thursday, August 15, 2019!

Bold Fusion is the largest annual convergence of young professionals in the Cincinnati region where young, creative minds come together for provocative discussion, learning and a common purpose: to connect with one another and learn how to advance their career, their company and our community. It is a program of Cincinnati Chamber's HYPE (Harnessing Young Professional Energy) initiative.

This 4-hour summit will empower you to reclaim love through loving your work, your city, and yourself. Most of us probably do not talk about “love” in the workplace. In some organizations, it may even be prohibited. But let’s think about love in a non-romantic way. Let’s think about companionate love. It’s our ability and willingness to support each other as a collective in the workplace – bringing humanity into the equation of what success looks like within organizations.
Bold Fusion 2019 keynote presenter, Pamela Abalu, a workplace design pioneer, will talk about the concept of work as an opportunity for personal growth and service to others. Through storytelling as vibrant and experiential as her human-centered projects, Pamela will share her unique and inspiring journey of self-actualization through service to others; and will call for us to remember to participate in things that matter. Her keynote is an invitation to belong, to step in at a higher level, to celebrate your whole self and shine love through your work. A preeminent architect and futurist, Pamela will call us to action: love as the future of work.
