Tom Fernandez, Senior Business Advisor
Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber's Minority Business Accelerator

Thomas Fernandez is Senior Business Advisor for the Cincinnati Chamber’s Minority Business Accelerator. He received his undergraduate degree in Industrial Management from Carnegie Mellon University. Prior to joining the Accelerator in 2015, Fernandez had a 23 year career with Procter & Gamble where he led strategies for material sourcing, acquisition and divestitures and various other assignments in the US and the United Kingdom.  Fernandez started up and sold two businesses with over 50 employees which helps him relate to the entrepreneurs he now coaches in the Accelerator.  Fernandez is passionate about community service. In 2007, Tom co-founded the Society of Asian Scientists and Engineers, a 501(c)3, non-profit organization to help America’s largest minority group in STEM fields to achieve their full potential.  In 2019, Tom co-founded Last Mile Food Rescue to help end hunger in the Cincinnati region.  Tom is a graduate of Leadership Action Class 4 of the Cincinnati Chamber and serves as Board Member of City Gospel Mission.
