Barb gained 6 years of construction experience right out of college and added 18 years of architectural and engineering experience before starting Journey Steel, Inc.
Bryan Becker, Vice President Operations and Engineering
Bryan leads the Michelman Inc. operations and engineering activities as well as advanced manufacturing. He is building a consistent and reliable manufacturing structure to support the growing business at Michelman. Core to his work is focusing to increase the sustainability for specific communities served around the world.
Mel Warncke, Senior Project Manager
A lifelong Cincinnatian, Mel is a graduate of Ursuline Academy and Miami University. After a decade at Cintas where she worked on corporate sales strategy and structure, product development and building an internal analytics capability, she now helps mid market companies with their business challenges as a Senior Project Manager with AMEND. Her driving passion is mentoring fellow women in analytics.
