Congresswoman Joyce Beatty
Joyce Beatty is an American politician serving as the U.S. Representative for Ohio’s 3rd congressional district since 2013, and as chair of the Congressional Black Caucus since 2021. A member of the Democratic Party, Beatty represented the 27th district in the Ohio House of Representatives from 1999 to 2008, serving for a time as minority leader. She was also previously the Senior Vice-President for Outreach and Engagement at the Ohio State University.

Mel Gravely
In addition to acting as the CEO and Chairman of the board of TriVersity Construction Company, Mel is the author of nine books including his latest, Dear White Friend: The Realities of Race, The Power of Relationships and Our Path to Equity.
He has been an active civic leader having served on the boards of Thomas More College, the United Way of Southwest Ohio, Drake Hospital, REDI Cincinnati and is a former board chair of the Greater Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber. He is currently serving as the co-chair of the Cincinnati Regional Business Committee (CRBC) and Vice Chair of Artswave.
