For the past 6 years, BHDP has partnered with the University
of Cincinnati and DAAP to lead a cross-discipline class that encourages
creative and critical thinking in a professional workplace. This year, 13
students from Interior Design, Industrial Design, Communication Design,
Finance, HR/Organizational Leadership, Communications, Creative Writing,
Marketing, Interdisciplinary Arts, Business have assembled to add their diverse
perspectives and to look beyond workplace or office design to larger workplace
questions such as culture, societal trends, an ever-changing economy, and what
factors unite us as people who work. The students are in the University Honors Program, which comprises the top 7% of University of Cincinnati undergraduates. The University Honors Program is invested in developing students into global citizen scholars who lead innovative efforts toward solving the world's complex problems. Some of the topics that will be discussed
include Idea Currency; Workplace Norms; Identity, Environment, and Ownership;
Fostering Curiosity; and Mentorship.
We invite you to come and be part of an engaging
conversation with the future of work on the Future of Work.
They might even teach us all a thing or two.
We hope you are able to participate in our discussion on April 19th at 9AM at our downtown office, located at 302 West 3rd St., Suite 500, Cincinnati, Ohio. To RSVP or for more questions, please contact Maria Mittermier at 513.271.1634
