To ensure you take advantage of all our unique offerings and harness the full power of your membership, we have outlined the best ways to get started, connected, and engaged.


Make the most of your membership by following the 8 simple steps below:

Create username and password

Go to “Sign In” in the top right of the Chamber website. Be sure to save your credentials.

Contact the Customer Focus Center for help.

Complete your Company Profile for the Member Directory

Select My Account > Chamber Account Profile by clicking the drop down arrow under your name.

Designate a Primary Contact and assign Key Personnel Roles for your staff under Personnel Lists. (Required)
The primary contact will be your organization's main point of contact regarding membership and is the only person authorized to edit your company's information. Keeping accurate personnel lists ensures your people are receiving relevant information from us.

Encourage co-workers to create their own accounts

Maximize your membership by engaging your whole staff. Forward this page to your internal teams and instruct them to follow Step 1. Be sure to provide the company's profile name so they can link their profile with your organization. 


Subscribe to receive communications so you don't miss ways to engage

Click on My Account > Email Subscriptions to opt into communications and topics of interest to you. Make sure to opt into the Cincinnati Chamber eNewsletter - this is our main newsletter from our President, Jill Meyer, that keeps you informed about everything happening at the Chamber. 

Show customers you're a Chamber member

Download the Chamber Member logo under My Account > Other.

Attend and connect at these Chamber member events. We recommend various departments and employees from your organization attend these monthly to get informed and stay engaged.

Member Benefits 101 is the BEST opportunity for you, your business, and your colleagues to gather helpful information on how to take advantage of all the benefits and resources that come with your Chamber membership. 

Converge Networking is an in-person meet and greet designed to expand your network and develop meaningful connections with local business leaders from a variety of companies and industries.

Monthly Member Briefings are exclusively for members and offer the opportunity for you to keep up-to-date with our region's business community, hear from notable keynote speakers, and learn from fellow Cincinnati Chamber members. These are held virtually the first Thursday of the month.
