Cincinnati-based Natural Shea Care (NSC). NSC is a black-owned, natural beauty care company with a mission of supporting & empowering the women of Ghana where their shea butter is sourced. The True Shea brand was founded in Manny Addo's basement and now they sell products in approximately 1,200 Kroger stores, Walmart, Target, and Amazon. Addo has frequently shared his entrepreneurial information through talks and conferences. He believes in encouraging other small businesses to thrive.
