LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT FOR BIPOC WOMEN FOCUSED ON ADVANCEMENT

WE Ascend is a leadership development program that empowers, prepares, and positions those in leadership to move into higher leadership roles. WE Ascend was developed to motivate BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) women to overcome challenges and break the glass ceiling while moving into new leadership roles within organizations and the community.

WE Ascend provides a small group coaching experience for 6-8 BIPOC women executives taking on new challenges in their organization or who have just been promoted or are seeking promotion. This program allows busy senior leaders a chance to reflect, refocus and re-energize their professional passion while providing skills and a trusted group of advisors who can relate and provide meaningful guidance. Participants leave this program feeling empowered and ready to take their career and company to the next level.

Chamber Members – $3,000
Non-Members – $4,000

She is a thought leader and compassionate coach with over 15 years of experience working with organizations, communities, education institutions, and nonprofits, to increase business performance and develop strategies that focus on diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
