Dr. Angela Crawford enjoys helping people and organizations grow. She has spent over 25 years in senior leadership roles and currently serves as the VP for Digital, Graduate, and Professional Programs at Thomas More University. Her passion includes teaching, coaching, research, and conducting leadership, change management, marketing, strategy, sales, and innovation workshops. Dr. Crawford earned her BBA from the University of Cincinnati, MBA from Cleveland State University, and PhD from Case Western Reserve University. She is also a proud WE Lead graduate.

Cindy achieved her coaching certification through iPEC and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation. As an Executive Coach, Cindy brings a unique perspective to coaching through her expertise and experiences in Sales, Marketing, Talent Management, HR, and Leadership Development. Barbara McMahan is the founder of Atticus Consulting, LLC. Barb has consulted domestically and internationally for over 20 years in corporate and non-profit sectors, as well as higher education.
