Apprenti Cincinnati is designed to recruit and train professionals based on their aptitude, not their background. Prior to classroom training, candidates are selected by local employers, such as Kroger Technology and Great American Insurance Group. This allows candidates to have their coursework paid for by their employer, followed by individual training within their workplace.
Apprenti is a registered apprenticeship program powered by the Washington Technology Industry Association (WTIA). Apprenti trains future tech workers with an emphasis on underrepresented groups including women, minorities and veterans. Apprenti is an industry recognized, state and federally accredited program. Unlike traditional career pathways, Apprenti takes the stress and uncertainty out of your future. When you are accepted into the program — congratulations, you’re already hired. Your paid training will be specifically tailored to you with an opportunity for a full-time role upon completion. If you're interested in beginning a career in technology, start the Apprenti assessment today.
