Apprenti Cincinnati continues to support our apprentices and employers as we pivoted to a 100 percent virtual environment during this pandemic. Our candidate flow remains steady as individuals learn more about the strong partnerships in the Cincinnati region. We are committed to providing work experience for those negatively impacted at this time – through new apprenticeships, reskilling existing employees, or standalone on-the-job training experiences. if you want to partner with us to train furloughed workers, provide opportunities for recently laid off employees, or have the capacity to mentor apprentices virtually, please email email@example.com.
Apprenti Cincinnati is proud to launch a cybersecurity training program next month in partnership with the University of Cincinnati. IT business analyst and software developer cohorts are also back next month. Our team has been hard at work screening the best and brightest talent over the past few weeks. They are eager to start their new career in technology – and some candidates outside Ohio are ready to relocate for the opportunity to work at one of our partners.
Current Applicant Pool
- Over 40 professionals actively interviewing with Apprenti Cincinnati – average test score of 88/100; 47 percent minority representation.
- 20 applicants completed the interview process and are ready to meet with employers – includes 37 percent female representation, 32 percent minority representation and 16 percent veteran representation.
- Additional training opportunities include IT support, network security admin, and cloud developer.
- Training providers include MAX Technical Training, Per Scholas, Tech Elevator, Cincinnati State and the University of Cincinnati. Additional providers are under consideration as we expand our partnerships.
