Agile Leadership Program
The world and the way we lead and conduct our business is changing at a rapid pace and in ways we never imagined. Disruption resulting from Innovation in Automation (AI), distribution, supply chain, business intelligence, and new value creation has been magnified by environmental factors like terrorism, health crises, economic swings and the impact of COVID-19. For leaders, it has created a challenging landscape of volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity to navigate. As we transition back to work it is critical to invest time sharpening our leadership skills for the new reality. To help solve these issues, the Cincinnati Chamber and Leadership Excelleration have joined together to provide a five-week sprint designed for leaders at all levels, including those recently promoted, on becoming an Agile Leader.
Join us for at these interactive sessions led by Diane Egbers and Dr. Angela Crawford of Leadership Excelleration. Participants will assess and learn about the five strategies of leading a rapid change project from concept to execution and how to adapt to add more value.
- Understand the elements of Agile Leadership and apply to increasing competitive advantage in the future.
- Learn about the characteristics of Agile Leadership and apply to leading multi-generational team performance.
- Gain knowledge of the Agile Leader change process and apply to a current business project to ensure success.
