C-Change alum shares her experience
Gina Truong, Project & Marketing Officer for North Side Bank & Trust Company, was recently featured in Cincy Chic about her experience in the C-Change program. “I was craving a strong network in Cincinnati and I knew there was no better way to find one than with the Cincinnati Chamber,” she says. “I have a network within the Ohio banking industry, but my peers are spread across the state and I wanted to find a network closer to home.”

Applications are now being accepted for both C-Change and Cincy Next leadership development 2020 program. The deadline to apply is Friday, November 22.
C-Change is designed for advancing mid-career leaders (30s-mid 40s) seeking to activate and enhance leadership capabilities. Candidates should desire to increase connections and impact on and with the region, expand professional and personal network, and continue developing and practicing leadership skills.
Cincy Next is for emerging leaders (early twenties-early thirties), with eight or fewer years experience. Candidates should seek connection and development both professionally and in the community, demonstrate leadership potential and interest in growing in these skills, and a desire to connect with other young talent from across the region.
