Disney Institute coming to Cincinnati
Disney Institute is bringing its renowned professional development course, Disney’s Approach to Quality Service, to the Cincinnati Region, Tuesday, December 5 at Great American Ballpark. Hosted by the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber in partnership with the Cincinnati Reds, the one-day event will help area professionals begin to examine how they can differentiate their service to become a provider of choice and understand the processes necessary to develop a culture that consistently delivers that exceptional service. This day of Disney Institute training uses business insights and time-tested examples from Disney parks and resorts worldwide to inspire individuals and organizations to enhance their own customer experience using Disney principles as their guide.
“Disney Institute travels to select cities each year with their sought-after courses. We’re fortunate to be able to bring the opportunity to the Cincinnati Region,” said Jill P. Meyer, President & CEO of the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber. “As a leader in the professional and leadership development space, the Cincinnati Chamber hopes this becomes a standard offering suite for companies. It’s much more affordable than sending a group to Florida.”
Disney’s Approach to Quality Service gives participants the chance to explore how customer experience insights and time-tested examples from Disney parks and resorts worldwide can provide relevant illustrations and engaging stories to help organizations deliver the type of long-term results they are capable of delivering.
“The ‘Reds Way’ customer experience is a top priority for all our staff, so this partnership with Disney and the Cincinnati Chamber made sense for us,” said Phil Castellini, CEO of the Cincinnati Reds. “This is a rare opportunity for local business professionals to participate in a Disney Institute experience. This full-day event will give companies an opportunity to think differently about how they do business.”
Registration is $450 for Chamber Alumni Network and Roundtable Members, $500 for general Chamber Members, $575 for Non-Members, and $2,850 for a Table Sponsor opportunity with six seats. Cost includes all course materials, breakfast, lunch and program certificate.
There are only 250 spots available for the workshop. It is expected to sell out quickly.
