The Leadership Center at the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber serves as a resource hub offering a continuum of programs for on-going education and development for all stages of professional development.

The Leadership Center offers a full suite of leadership development training, peer groups, coaching, workshops, and custom solutions programming all while strengthening participants connectivity to the region.. It is your go-to resource for providing talent development programs to help your employees develop new competencies, elevate their influence and visibility, expand their professional network and develop deeper ties to the community. 

Leadership Development Programs

Facilitated training prepares employees to lead confidently and effectively while also serving as a powerful retention strategy. Participants expand their networks, realize new heights of personal potential, and deepen ties within the Cincinnati region.

LeadershipCincinnati_RGB-01Leadership CincinnatiUSA® is an immersive civic learning program for established leaders who are c-suite or senior executives. This is an experience-based program designed to help established leaders learn about the region’s assets and challenges, expand their network, and uncover their legacy. Participants will foster long-lasting relationships, and learn how to further engage in the Cincinnati region in a meaningful way.
WE Lead uses a combination of professional development and executive coaching to prepare, position, and empower women at the executive-level to move into higher leadership roles. Participants explore their leadership abilities, deepen their self-awareness, and focus on their personal development.
C-Change is the premier leadership-development program for advanced leaders. This program combines leadership development with community engagement to deepen connections to the Cincinnati region. . Participants in this program lead a community project meant to advance our community and its residents.
Cincy Next is designed for emerging leaders interested in furthering their personal and professional development through connecting with each other and their community. Participants grow professionally through developing skills in personal branding, leadership models, conflict management, goal setting, networking, and more.

Peer Groups & Coaching

The Leadership Center offers a variety of opportunities for professional and leaders to come together, exchange ideas, develop new skills, all while growing their networks.

WE Succeed provides an intensive executive coaching experience for women executives taking on new challenges in their organization, and allows busy senior leaders a chance to reflect, refocus and re-energize their professional passion. Participants leave this program feeling empowered and ready to take their career and company to the next level.  

A 3-month leadership development experience focused on helping women of color grow professionally, prepare for success, and cultivate a community to share strategies and support.

LeadershipRoundtables_RGB-01Leadership Roundtables connect non-competitive C-Suite business leaders representing a variety of industries and organizations for a confidential exchange of information, ideas and insights. Meetings offer candid, confidential discussions, and problem-solving sessions from fellow leaders who understand and share the unique challenges of top-level management.

Workshops & Training

Insightful facilitated workshops encourage early to seasoned leaders to engage in dialogues across a variety of topics. These programs are designed to engage professionals of all levels with the top movers and shakers in the region, learning from their experiences, expanding their networks and increasing their commitment to the community.

A series of networking luncheons that feature female leaders in the region who share personal experiences, advice, and lessons learned. WE Speak offers female professionals of all levels to come together and learn from one another, while building meaningful relationships.  
Cincy Chat gives young professionals access to the Cincinnati region's top leaders in a relaxed, unplugged format.  Typically, over lunch or happy hour, , these events provide ample opportunity for peer-to-peer networking, professional development, and relationship building.
